Information we collect

When you contact us or join the notify list, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, company or brand information, website URL, and any other information you submit through the form. We also collect basic technical information automatically — IP address, browser user agent, and the page that referred you to us.

If you choose to connect a TikTok account to Prismflow, we may also process: TikTok account identifiers, OAuth access and refresh tokens, creator and account metadata, the status of any video drafts you ask us to prepare or upload, and the video files you select for that workflow.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide Prismflow's core functions: cross-platform marketing workflow, creator workflow, and — for users who connect TikTok — preparing and uploading TikTok video drafts for the account owner's review. We may also use the information to operate the notify list, respond to inquiries, and improve the product over time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted service providers to deliver Prismflow — including hosting, analytics, email delivery, cloud storage, and API infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.

TikTok data — usage limits

Any TikTok data we process is used solely for the functionality you have authorized through the OAuth flow. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside the workflow you asked us to perform.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm when the request is complete.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as Prismflow evolves. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date below and, where appropriate, contacting affected users directly.

Prismflow is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. References to TikTok describe optional integrations users may authorize.
